During my stay, I found the room to be clean, comfortable, and exactly as I expected. the hotel facilities were well-maintained. the friendly staff ensured a pleasant check-in experience, and the convenient location made getting around this city a breeze. Moreover, the ample parking space was a great convenience.

Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations impeccably.

staff were pleasant and the hotel was nice, it had favourable location in the middle of jackson. location: the venue was near restaurants as well as giddings. had lunch/dinner at mcdonald's, which i found at walking distance from the hotel. the whole experience was really great.

The location was convenient given we were headed for a concert 20 miles away to Austin. Moreover, the floors had been recently replaced, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There were issues with the TV's default settings not connecting.

Construction at location was loud got wake up calls for check out time reminder when i was booked for two days never asked for wake up calls

Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants as well as Austin. Large units with double beds and the bath, for example, and the staff were amazingly nice!

A cozy base for a night stay, with a king room featuring both queen and king size beds. the location is great, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions in Austin. Everything was hassle-free, contributing to a fantastic stay.

After previous stays at this hotel I found that the king rooms at the front like the one I stayed in this trip, is far nicer and updated than the ones in the rear.

Hotel personnel have to stop knocking on my door at nine since my check out is 11.00. Because everytime I leave, I open blinds to indicate that the room is empty.

It was a very basic room. Clean but basic. Shower was hot with needle like spray which was nice.

No warm water in bathroom sink. Needed more than 3 regular size pillows for a king bed. Blanket needs to be replaced

I booked a room with a cozy bed, a fridge, coffee and tea-making supplies, and a nice seating area. ☕.

Close enough to Round Top and comfy bed.

Bathroom sink did not work (rm 105). The curtains need to match bedspread, walls painted to match bedding and new art on walls. The velvet raccoon picture was really bad!

This budget-friendly place has a nice selection of newly refurbished rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

No plugins in the desk area. Had to slide TV cabinet out to connect power for laptop.

The rooms at this hotel were quite spacious and featured comfortable king beds. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with any requests. Plus, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the area! 😊.
